Designed for the production of pure water out of tap water

  • The series of AquaRO², AquaRO²DI and EDI² are based on a reverse osmosis (RO) unit to produce deionised water. 
  • The EDI² series further processes the osmosis water by using an EDI cell to get Type II water. All sytems provide you with reliable and compact systems at low operating costs. 
  • The advantages of both series is the flexibility in terms of configuration. A production rate of 8 to 40 L/h in three different degrees of pure water (10 µS/cm to 0.2 µS/cm) is available. Optionally the systems can be equipped with a dispenser. 
  • The customer can select a 35 L, 70 L or individual tank size.

Designed for the production of ultra pure water out of permeate water

  • The Astacos² system is designed for the production of ultra pure water out of permeate from a reverse osmosis or deionised water.
  • The Astacos² water purification system is available in different configurations (Reagent, Analytical & LifeScience) to meet the specific requirements of ultra pure water for different applications.
  • Analytical is a version with UV lamp for low TOC value. Life Science version comes with UV lamp and Ultrafiltration Module for low TOC and low endotoxin values.
  • An optionally integrated TOC sensor allows the user to monitor the TOC content permanentely online.
  • Besides that the Astacos² can be configured as bench top or bench-integrated system with external panel and wall mounted (with inclined display).
  • The μS-control checks the conductivity of feed water to protect the cartridges against inappropriate feed water.
  • If conductivity is too high the water flow will be rejected.

  • Anquinity² models produce ultra pure water directly from tap water. 
  • The Anquinity² P10 ultra pure water system is equipped with a reverse osmosis (RO) module to produce deionised water directly into an integrated 10l tank.

The WHartmann HA-RO EDI system is capable of producing up to 500 L/h of pure water (5 – 15 μS/cm) through an RO stage, which undergoes an EDI treatment to produce up to 450 L/h of ultrapure water (<1 μS/cm). Suitable for laboratories & medical facilities.

The WHartmann HA-RO complete EDI system is capable of producing 70 – 500 L/h of pure water (5 – 15 μS/cm) through the RO stage, which then undergoes an EDI stage of treatment to produce 50 – 450 L/h of Type II ultrapure water (<1 μS/cm).

The HA-RO complete EDI is a high-quality VE water treatment system in a completely closed, low-noise cabinet design. The reverse osmosis EDI method ensures water qualities according to ASTM Type II and Type III as well as DIN EN 285 and DIN ISO 15883. The pure water quality is below 1 µS/cm. The vibration-damped system control cabinet with a central control unit (10″ touch display) enables intuitive operation of the system with a minimum noise level.

The measured values ​​are processed completely via the SPS, so that separate field regulation and control devices for level, conductivity, temperature, pressure and UV intensity are no longer required are. Another highlight is the high-quality pump station for ring mains. Due to the space-saving construction and the sophisticated design, this compact system can be integrated into any laboratory environment.
